Managers of sponsoring Teams will be asked to give their name, mobile phone number, and email address. A responsible person for the Team may also give credit card information for the Team, which may include PII of the responsible person. Players will give their names and mobile phone numbers. We may also collect PII from any user requesting support, at the time of the request. When responding to survey questions there will be no need for you to include any PII or other information that could be used to identify you personally.
