You will join a team dedicated to making high performance wearables for athletes everywhere. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b><\/b>Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop signal processing algorithms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with our software team to ensure fast and reliable communication over Bluetooth Low Energy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Write and maintain an automated test suite<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in code reviews that uphold the principles of clean code and architecture<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute and lead active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based insights<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2+ years of firmware development experience in embedded C<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An understanding of how to efficiently use an RTOS<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to read schematics and electronics datasheets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience using dev kits to test new hardware and write drivers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with signal processing tools such as MATLAB, R, or numPy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An understanding of development tools including git, gcc, docker and CI\/CD pipelines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An understand of how to work with a team using Agile methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working with BLE\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with signal processing for accelerometers or bioimpedance signals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with JavaScript and Python<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to make test circuitry and PCBs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strive Tech is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
