You will join a team dedicated to making high performance wearables for athletes everywhere.\u00a0 We&#8217;re looking for someone who <\/span>gets excited by test plans, thrives working with small teams where your voice is heard and makes a difference.\u00a0 We need someone who enjoys working collaboratively with customer support managers, developers and product managers.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create tests &amp; test plans to identify and reproduce software problems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be on the technical front line working with customer support to identify root causes of issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze bugs and errors found from tests and in the field<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document results of tests for development teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with firmware and software engineers to establish developer and QA testing expectations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Break our hardware to software systems and provide detailed bug reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform smoke and regression testing prior to releasing features<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2+ years of writing automated tests for software applications and native tests<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with mobile technologies like Bluetooth Low energy and IOS and Google Play Apps<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with technologies like Typescript, AWS, Grafana, Detox, and Cypress<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to dive deep and discover true requirements, underlying feature requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High degree of comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with the Scrum and Agile methodology and experience working within and leading Agile teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strive Tech is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
