If this sounds like you, we invite you to shape the future of sports and human performance with us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive sales and establish new accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning and executing solutions and sales processes for the sales team to deliver to customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentoring sales team members<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong passion for sports\/athletics and understanding of sports performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven track record in sales and over-achieving quotas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience managing a team of sales people<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong listening and presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/>Strive is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
