NEW TAGGING FEATURE CLOSES GAP BETWEEN DATA AND NOTES
STRIVE users can now dig deeper into recorded data sessions by tagging activity in real-time
At STRIVE, one of our key goals is to ensure that athletes and trainers not only gain access to muscle data, but that they can truly read, digest and understand what the data is telling them so that they can easily apply that knowledge to optimize performance. With this in mind, and as a result of gaining feedback from the various professional trainers and teams we work with, we’re excited to share a new Tagging feature, now available in the STRIVE platform.
WHAT DOES THE TAGGING FEATURE DO FOR ME?
Historically, STRIVE users would record training sessions in the platform and then refer back to their manual notes to compare the data with the activities performed throughout the session. This gap between the recorded data and training notes was hindering users’ ability to truly read the data with ease.
With the new Tagging feature, STRIVE users can now add ‘tags’ to their training sessions in real-time to pinpoint exactly what exercises were performed when the data was recorded. Instead of relying on notes – or worse, memory – to read STRIVE data, users can now record and see their ‘notes’ right in the dashboard, providing more context to training sessions and better long-term data.
WHAT IF I CAN’T TAG MY TRAINING SESSIONS IN REAL-TIME?
Don’t worry, we thought of everything. STRIVE users can also go back to historical data and add tags to enrich the data. We know STRIVE users aren’t limiting their data collection to just training and practice, but are using it in game-play too.
For example, basketball coaches can’t take time away from coaching mid-game to input data into the platform, therefore we wanted to ensure these users could still go back and organize the data so that it can be properly analyzed.
We know that innovation never sleeps and we’re excited to be making STRIVE data more actionable and digestible for users.
